DeskLot Window Sticker Printing Software Versions and Pricing

Two versions of DeskLot are available, the Standard Version and our Enterprise Version. For an explanation of each version as well as sample applications, read the section on each version listed below.

To license/purchase DeskLot, download and install the demo onto the machine you wish to license DeskLot for use on, and then click the Register menu option within DeskLot. The DeskLot website then sends you a unique unlock code to use DeskLot on that computer. DeskLot is licensed on a per-machine basis. To use DeskLot on more than one machine, you must purchase a separate license for each machine.

	Standard Version


	Enterprise Version

The DeskLot Standard Version is for dealerships who need to manage one individual inventory account within DeskLot.

This is the typical version used for dealerships. For example:

If you only have one dealership and plan to print stickers from just one computer, you would license one copy of the DeskLot Standard Version.
If you have 4 dealership locations and wish to have a copy of DeskLot licensed in each of the separate physical locations on one computer for each location and are going to be keeping only the inventory for that dealership on that computer, you would license 4 copies of the DeskLot Standard Version (one for one computer in each physical location).
If you have 4 dealerships and let's say all pre-owned vehicles pass through a main location where they are prepared for sale and stickered, then you would want one copy of the DeskLot Enterprise Version (described in the column to the right) on a computer at the central location where you would have 4 different inventory accounts, one for each of the different locations (only the Enterprise Version allows you to enter more than one individual inventory account).

The DeskLot Enterprise Version is normally used by persons or companies starting or operating a window sticker printing business or by dealerships that manage more than one separate inventory account within a single copy of DeskLot.

For example:

An individual is operating a sticker printing business and uses one notebook computer to visit and service 100 dealerships. He licenses one copy of the DeskLot Enterprise Version for use on his notebook computer and manages all of the dealerships via separate inventory accounts within that copy of DeskLot.
A window sticker printing company has 5 field representatives who service 600 dealership clients. They license 5 copies of the DeskLot Enterprise Version and each of those 5 field representatives has 120 separate inventory accounts within their respective copies of DeskLot. Toward the end of the day, each of the representatives connect to the Internet and upload inventory to each of the dealers various Internet inventory services via the Data Transfer configurations the company has created.
A dealership has 6 different locations but all of their pre-owned vehicles pass through one central location to be prepared for resale and have stickers placed on them. While they are in this stage, they have a copy of the DeskLot Enterprise Version running on one computer their and keep each of the dealership inventory accounts separate.


	Bulk Pricing

To qualify for bulk pricing, licenses for the total quantity must be purchased at the same time. You may however purchase a license pack and then acquire the unlock codes for installations as you need/install them at a later time. To order via bulk please contact us. 2-9 copies: 5% off of each copy.
10-19 copies: 10% off of each copy.
20-29 copies: 20% off of each copy.
30-39 copies: 30% off of each copy.
40-49 copies: 40% off of each copy.
50+ copies: 50% off of each copy.
